UK Hospitality Site Future Openings

Every Tuesday we send our subscribers a spreadsheet of future UK hospitality site openings. This data is aggregated from the previous week (Monday-Sunday).

In addition the spreadsheet includes:

> any hospitality site that has actually opened that week, not previously listed.

> any hospitality site that has recently closed or is planned for closure.

> speculative plans from the multi-site operators, for example "we plan to open 10 more sites across the UK in 2026".

On average we add between 80 and 120 listings every week.

It is important to stress the information we provide is market intelligence and NOT sales leads. We accept that  your sales teams will know about (or they should) many of the listings, but our USP is to fill the gaps.

How we aggregate the data:

We use a variety of sources, but the main ones are:

> we receive regular press releases from the PR companies who specialize in hospitality

> google alerts

> selected local newspapers

>  selected planning and licensing application portals

> direct from the operators themselves

> hospitality related trade press

What do we charge?

Annual subscription       £480+ vat

Six month subscription  £360 + vat

Cancellation is two full months notice in writing and the full unused months will be refunded.

We do not auto renew.

We are open to discussing regional or sector specific subscriptions,

The subscription is a company subscription and we will not charge a subscription for, for example a second or third recipient.
