Weekly spreadsheet sent to subscribers

Every Monday we send our subscribers a spreadsheet of future UK hospitality site openings. This data has been aggregated by the RP Databases team from the previous week (Monday-Sunday).

From 1 January - 30 June 2026 we have listed over 2,600 future UK hospitality site openings and new openings, on average 100 / week.

How we aggregate the data:

We use a variety of sources, but the main ones are:

> we receive regular press releases from the PR companies who specialize in hospitality

> google alerts

> selected local newspapers

> selected planning and licensing application portals

> direct from the operators themselves

> hospitality related trade press

> for closed sites. We own a database of 130,000 B2B hospitality site emails. When actioning campaigns for clients, we receive a large number of automated replies, many stating the site has closed / is no longer operational. In addition bounce back emails are a good indicator a site maybe closed and we duly research.

Rate Card

Annual subscription          £480+ vat

Six month subscription    £360 + vat

Regional / Sector                We are open to discussing regional and hospitality market sector subscriptions at proportional rates.

Cancellation is two full months notice in writing and the full unused months will be refunded.

We do not auto renew subscriptions.

The subscription is a company subscription and we will not charge a subscription for, for example a second or third recipient.
