Refund policy for data rental
Where any record supplied is a “return to sender” or the details are incorrect, RP Databases Ltd will pay 2 x the cost of the rental item to receive those records.
For example if 10,001 records are rented at 24p + vat / item and 200 are returned to sender we would refund 200 x 48p + vat.
We insist that the returns are sent by either registered post or courier (we pay for those costs). No refund can be actioned if the returns are not received.
Data seeds
All mailing files are carefully seeded. Unauthorised use would result in an invoice being sent for the same amount.
Mailing houses
We are not a mailing house, nor can we recommend mailing houses to clients. We do however need to know the mailing house being used, as a condition of the data rental.
Data matching
Subject to NDA's we offer a data matching service. We charge £40 / hour + vat and the time taken to sort, match and dedupe depends very much on the quality of the data supplied and the volume of records.
