We hold details on over 36,000 + pubs and pubs with accommodation.
Of the 36,000, we classify 5,300 as pubs with accommodation.
We only include pubs that are actively open. If a pub is currently closed and we know the owner is looking for a tenant / manager, the pub is included in the count.
Each pub is classified as:
- managed
- privately owned
- tenanted/leasehold
The majority of the tenanted/leasehold and managed pubs, are cross referenced by the multi-site operator (pubco).
The majority of the pubs with accommodation have the number of rooms at the pub, listed.
