Email rate card
The email rate card is based on the volume of emails delivered annually. An email plan can be set up over a 3 months, 6 months or 12 months period.
Individual invoices can be raised for specific emails sent in a calendar month.

Additional points
> Emails that are not delivered (bounce back) are not charged. This is as per the reporting on the broadcast platform we use.
> Where a client chooses not to operate an email plan, but pay each invoice individually, the rate for subsequent emails delivered will be charged cumulatively. For example - campaign 1 of 60,000 emails would be charged at 3.6p + vat and campaign 2 of 50,000 emails would be charged at 3.2p + vat.
> Additional emails over the agreed email plan would be charged at the band rate relating to the total number of emails delivered.
> The custom from address (CFA) is the email address that we will use to send your email campaigns. Often called a mask address. The cost of £250 + vat will be waived for those who agree to an email plan of over 100,001 emails
The domain part (@rpdatabases.co.uk) of the address cannot be the same as your current domain in order to protect its integrity. The alias part of the email (info@) can be amended at no charge, but the domain cannot without incurring a new CFA charge.
> There is an annual renewal cost of £30 + vat. This will be waived for all clients on an email plan.
> Email template design from £40 / hour + vat, but no charge if the template is supplied by you and is compatible to the broadcast platform we use. The email template design cost will be waived for all clients on an email plan of 100,001 emails or more
> Data matching. We offer a data matching service. Subject to NDA's, we would be able to match your email list against ours to overlap on emails and remove any unsubscribes you may have. We do this at cost and a straightforward match on emails would cost £40 + vat / individual match, irrespective of volume supplied. This fee would be waived for clients on an email plan of over 100,001 emails.
> Email plan cancellation would incur a charge in the difference in cost between the emails delivered and the email plan cost.
> Full subscribers to RPBi Openings receive a 40% discount on the email send costs only (not design or set up as they are fixed costs).
