Any error in any record or any record deemed not to be relevant is refunded as long as we are told of the error in writing within 28 days of supplying the data.

An additional cost to match data sets (subject to NDA's) maybe incurred.
 

Email rate card

The email rate card is based on the volume of emails delivered annually through the email broadcast platform we use. An email plan can be set up over a 3 months, 6 months or 12 months period.
Individual invoices can be raised for specific emails sent in a calendar month.

Refund policy for data rental
Where any record supplied is a “return to sender” or the details are incorrect, RP Databases Ltd will pay 2 x the cost of the rental item to receive those records.
