Hospitality Databases will not release data without approving the material to be sent.

Hospitality Databases will not charge for postal addresses that are not delivered or where errors are discovered.

For example, where you find an incorrect telephone number or contact name, Hospitality Databases needs to be made aware of these errors, otherwise the full charge will be incurred.

Mailing house and postage costs

Hospitality Databases operates a dedicated fulfilment and mailing service. To find out more please contact us. We are also happy to use an approved mailing house.

Data will be sent in an Excel format.
