In order to maintain the integrity of the data, no more than 10,000 establishments will be available for sale within a three month period. Where there is more than one contact per establishment, that will be included free of charge.
There is no restriction on use.
Provision of data files
Data will be supplied in an Excel format. We are happy to provide regular updates of the selected data as requested.
Unauthorised use
To prevent further unauthorised usage, all data is seeded.
Return to sender/incorrect contact details
Where any record supplied for an establishment is a “return to sender”, Hospitality Databases will refund £1.
Where any part of the record supplied is incorrect, for example the telephone number or contact name, Hospitality Databases will refund £0.50p per record.
In addition, Hospitality Databases will provide free of charge, an equal amount of records for subsequent mailings for those records that are "return to sender" or inaccurate.
To ensure that any refund can be made, Hospitality Databases must receive the "return to sender" records and details of the errors within the record in an excel spreadsheet, with the errors highlighted. It is recommended they those records that are return to sender are sent to Hospitality Databases by registered post.
The agreement is only applicable to one establishment, not multiple contacts within an establishment.
Invoicing
50% of the invoice must be paid before data is delivered. The remaining 50% of the invoice to be paid within 28 days of the delivery of the data.
