In order to maintain the integrity of the data, no more than 10,000 establishments will be available for sale within a three month period.

Provision of data files

Data will be supplied in an Excel format. We are happy to provide regular updates of the selected data as requested.

Unauthorised use

To prevent further unauthorised usage, all data is seeded.

Return to sender/incorrect contact details

Where any record supplied for an establishment is a “return to sender” or the details are incorrect, Hospitality Databases will not charge for the record.

Where a record is deemed not to be relevant, Hospitality Databases will not charge for that record as long as both parties agree.

As long as Hospitality Databases receives all the "return to sender" mailings and the incorrect details will refund an additional 50% for the cost of each record.

For example 2,000 records are purchased and 100 records are return to sender/have errors, £150 + vat would be deducted from the final invoice.

Rate card reductions

Where a record does not have all the required details, a reduction in the rate card would be actioned.
