Technically all catering is contract catering and there are many labels that are applied to this sector – B&I, Event, Cost Sector, Contract, Independent etc.

Contract Caterers
Caterers

Under the contract catering banner falls the large players within the market – Aramark, Compass and Sodexo and the respective establishments that they operate in.

Under the caterers banner is everyone else.
